At the discovery of her scoliosis at 12, Jennifer starts swimming and gets really fond of it.

Between 2003 and 2005, she followed her studies of anatomy and biomecanic and became a lifeguard in the French coast of La Manche.

Certified swimming trainer in Bordeaux in 2005, she studied English in Nancy after the birth of her first daugther Leïna (in water).

Arriving in Paris in 2007, she became Fitness instructor whilst still enjoying swimming thoroughly.

In 2010, Katarina, her second daughter was born in Brussels and Jennifer met Geraldine during a osteopathy session for her baby girl.

Completely convinced of the benefits of Pilates, Jennifer did her stottpilates teacher training.

Helping people feeling better is her goal and an immense privilege.
