Evelyne van Loo

Fascinated by all scene arts and especially by dancing, Evelyne enters the international school of Pina Bausch at Essen-Werden (Germany).

After, she dances at "Contemporary Ballet" in Brussels. She decides to focus on education, so she concentrates on physical education and becomes head of a sports centre (Castle Club 1990- 1995) where she gives collective classes to adults.

Always looking for new experiences, Evelyne shows interest for relaxation methods and follows many trainings at IES parnasse-2 Alice: relaxation therapy and postural stretching with Michel Frères "Maîtres et clés de la posture" (Michel Frères, édition Frison-Roche),"Abdominaux: arrêtez le massacre" (Bernadette de Gasquet, édition ROBERT JAUZE), with Bernadette de Gasquet, MLC exploration, sound, voice and breath workshops,...

The well-being becomes more and more Evelyne's priority and she decides to follow a full training of aromatherapy. She learns korean relaxation at the "Ressourcement" and "L'espace en nous" centres.

After, she continues and improves her Hata-yoga training with Marie Kirkpatrick, her Ashtanga yoga (Korunta yoga) with Madeleine Rommel (physiotherapist), her Iyengar with Mathilde Cegarra, yoga and meditation with Marc Beauvain.

She continues her trainings in order to improve her knowledge, her personal practice and her teaching. "I will never stop learning because it allows me to evolve. Each thought can be changed, I constantly have new ideas and new ways of approaching the world, it helps me grow"
