Post-natal Pilates
Pilates is practiced worldwide and is famous for new mums getting their figure back after their baby is born. It is a gentle but effective method which corrects the changes in postures created during your pregnancy and birth. It prevents the build up of thightness in your muscles and tiredness created by all the new activities associated with your new baby (bathing, carrying, breastfeeding,...).
Pilates lengthens and tones your muscles, strengthens your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, it increases your body awareness and your balance.
From 6 weeks onwards, Géraldine offers "crybaby" Pilates classes, where you can bring your baby up until he can walk. Classes are given in small groups (max of 3) all new mums.
